Brunch Awesomeness
What a great way to start the day! I made this for my family on a Saturday morning before we went school shopping. It was fast and easy and all the goodness of a huge breakfast in one easy dish. I substituted maple sausage and medium cheddar cheese cause that is what I had on hand. It was great. Our new favorite for Saturday mornings.

"New" Family Favorite
This recipe is very similar to one I have made for 20+ years given to me by my mother-in-law. This one is much easier to make and just as good if not better! Thank you for our "new" family favorite! It's so easy it's not just for holidays anymore!

Brunch Casserole
I made this recipe for my church worship team today (I had to substitute the sausage with bacon...thought I had thawed sausage from the freezer but it was bacon!) & it was HIT! I had salsa as a condiment for those that wanted to spice it up a bit. The evaporated milk gave it a "silky" texture. I will definitely make this again!!

not just for breakfast
I put this casserole together in the morning and when I got home from work popped it in the oven.I spent time with the family while it baked instead of spending that time preparing dinner. I served it with some fresh friut and it was enjoyed by the whole family. Leftovers packed well for lunches also.

brunch sausage casserole
First thing my daughter said when she saw this, was wow!, It was a great hit and I'll definetly make it again. The Carnation milk gave it a rich flavor. Thanks for the wonderful recipe.
