A Family Favorite
An excellent recipe to have on hand. My family loves this dish. I make it up on Christmas Eve, then, Christmas morning I just pop it in the oven and enjoy watching the kids open their goodies while it bakes. It's ready to eat about the same time as the gifts are all opened. So simple to make, yet delicious to eat, too.

Company
I started making this recipe 9 years ago, but did not use Carnation evaporated milk. It was a holiday brunch casserole, a "companies coming" weekend casserole, and our favorite, grandchildrens night, casserole. The evaporated milk really adds more creamy goodness to it. The grandchildren who don't like eggs even like this.

A relaxing breakfast
This recipe is great! When we have friends over and they spend the night, I fix this the night before and then heat it up the next morning. It so much nicer than scurrying around in the kitchen in the morning to get everyone fed! (And you don't have to take orders to see what everyone wants:)

Amazing
I made this for my Mother's Day annual brunch for my mother & mother in law a few yrs ago. Everyone loved it especially my husband. I make it alot. I reduce the fat though by using rdf JD sausage, egg beaters & 2% fat shredded cheese. It tastes just like the full fat version. My husband can't tell the difference! Great recipe to have on hand.

Breakfast Brunch
This recipe is excellent, I used left over HAM instead of sausage & added chopped red peppers & Onions. This makes for easy brunch meal, potluck, or just a GREAT make ahead meal.
