Family split
My husband likes the spicy recipe and I don't, but I love it without the peppers and cilantro, so when I make it, I make it first without these and put about 1/3 of it in one pan and then I add the left out ingredients and put the rest in an other pan and cook them both at the same time. That way we both get to enjoy this tasty meal.

Great supper!
Hubby is not much on casseroles; however, he did like this & with a side salad, cornbread biscuits, and mixed fruit for dessert it was great.
