Easy and Delicious
These bars are easier to make than a cheesecake in a springform pan, but they are just as rich and delicious. Excellent recipe!

Portable dessert
This makes for a delicious, portable dessert for carry-in meals or parties. Many people asked for the recipe when I took this to a gathering this fall.

Outstanding! Cheesecake Bars
I made this recipe for an upcoming bake sale. I made one version with all chocolate chips and one with peanut butter milk chocolate. I gave samples to parents at the bus stop. They could NOT stop raving about it. Said they had never had this "combination" of ingredients. Absolutely LOVED them. They plan to "buy them out" at the sale.
Slight variation - I used semi-sweet chips and it was not quite as sweet - which I think was good.

Nummy!
I made these for a church potluck and they were gone in minutes! I only had semi-sweet morsels and gingerbread cookie crumbs. It gave it a spicy festive flavor. Very good. Will make again.
