Easy as 1 - 2 - 3 and Simply Delicious

Reading all the excellent reviews for this recipe I decided to try it for my Thanksgiving Dinner for 2007. Everyone loved it even those who usually don't eat cranberries. It positively deserves all those excellent reviews! I will definitely serve it again.

Good Quick Side Dish

Several years ago I got the idea of putting Stouffer's Escalloped Apples and whole berry cranberry sauce together. I just heated them both in microwave and served hot, as a side dish with chicken for something different. My sister-in-law loved it, and made it many times as a quick side dish for any meal -- even an every day meal. We prefer it warm, but I'm sure would be good as written in this recipe also. Great way to get people to eat cranberries that normally wouldn't.

AWESOME Side Dish

I've made this for years. The kids just love it as well as the adults. It's got just the right sweet and tangy taste. The only difference for me on this recipe is that I serve it right from the oven. It is really tasty HOT..... You will make this time and again because it goes great with turkey, chicken, pork, ham, etc. Try it HOT and see if you like it this way instead of cold! :-)

Just the Right Touch!

We just had a fresh hog butchered and I was looking for lite recipes to accompany the pork for variety in serving dishes. This relish not only made the meal look extra special, but it was delicious! My family felt like it was a holiday and it's just another weeknight dinner. I like that!
