Rocky Road Brownies

What a great little treat! I made a bath using brownie mix and added extra chocolate and marshmellows. My family is not nuts fans so I omitted those. I plan on making this many times for family gatherings or just to have something easy on hand to save the sweet cravings that my family and I get all the time!

Perfectly delicious

I had a boxed brownie mix (9x13 size) on hand so I substituted it for the prepared brownies, doubling the choc chips and marshmellows. It turned our perfectly delicous! Not a crumb left! Thanks for the great recipe!

Raves for Rocky Road

As a "very-best-baker" I'm not crazy about recipes not made from "scratch"...as a working woman I love quick and easy recipes! This is a great quickie, really satisfies that craving for sweets...I love walnuts, but my clan wanted the traditional peanuts, so I used cocktail peanuts and they were very very good!
