8 oz. NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Bar, broken into small pieces
2/3 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

LINE 8 x 4- or 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with foil.

MICROWAVE broken baking bars and sweetened condensed milk in medium, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute; STIR. If pieces retain some of their original shape, microwave at additional 10- to 15-second intervals, stirring just until smooth.

STIR in nuts and vanilla extract. Spread into prepared loaf pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into 24 pieces.

FOR ROCKY ROAD FUDGE:
PREPARE
fudge as above. Stir 3/4 cup miniature marshmallows into melted chocolate mixture with nuts and vanilla extract.

NOTE: Recipes can easily doubled. For the sweetened condensed milk, use 1 can (14 oz.). Fudge can be spread into foil-lined 8- or 9-inch baking pan.

MADE THIS AGAIN THIS WEEK,THE ONLY THING IS MY 4yr.GRAND-DAUGHTER DID MOST OF IT, WITH MY HELP. SHE SAYS SHE IS A GOOD BAKER. I ONLY HOPE WHEN THEY GROW UP THEY WILL HAVE SOME VERY GOOD MEMORY. I LOVE THEM SO.

I was looking for an easy recipe to use some left over condensed milk, this fudge is easy & delicious; i made it with white choc bits & chopped walnuts as i didn't have milk chocolate & it turned out fabulous! will definately make this again!

I will be very glad to try this one and let my grandchildren,help as they always want to help.My 4yr old grand-daughter says nana I want to help you,so I just tell her to come on and lets get started. I just love them to help and it is so much fun when they come to visit.

Easy enough a 5 and 2 year old can make

My 5 and 2 year old girls and I made this today and it was foolproof. I was looking for a easy chocolate recipe with items on hand in my pantry. This was incredibly easy and delicious. I excluded the nuts though.
