1 envelope
(7 grams)
unflavored gelatin
3/4 cup
granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups

GREAT TASTING
I have made this several times, using both apricots, ( which is my husbands favorite) and also made with fresh peaches,(my favorite) both are yummy!

Fast
I was heading to a party and I forgot that I needed to bring a dessert. I turned around and went home to make this quick dessert that really didnt take long at all. I was just a little late to the party and the Ice Cream was a huge hit. Everyone was asking how I made it. It was delicious.
