Family loved
My family really enjoyed this. I added shrimp and that really set it off.

I make this VEGETARIAN!
LOVE this! Tastes like Heaven. I leave out the 1/2 cup of water and the teaspoon of instant chicken bouillon. Tastes extraordinary and meets my vegetarian desires!

Great, versatile recipe!
As soon as I read the recipe, I went to the kitchen and tried it myself. Not a fan of asparagus, so I took a frozen bag of peppers and onions (red, green and banana pepper trio), sauteed those in olive oil and then continued with the recipe. Also instead of fresh tomatoes, I used 3/4 cup of canned, diced tomates that had garlic and onion in it already. This was too yummy and hit the spot. I can't wait to try it again and mix it up with something different like chicken and/or mushrooms!

pretty good!
I made quite a few modifications. I added more garlic and flour to thicken. I substituted a vegetarian "chicken"cube for the chicken boullion and put in 3/4 cup of drained diced canned tomatoes instead of the fresh. Overall quite tasty. Next time I will add even more garlic (4 cloves total), a bit of white wine and possibly some grilled chicken slices.

Great with modifications
This was a great recipe, though I made some modifications. I added cooked chicken, and also thickened the sauce with cornflour. Overall very tasty.
