Mini Chip Cut-Out Cookies
Since my husband's birthday is Valentine's Day, my youngest son makes these, places them in a heart shaped tin with a homemade card attached. Then the 2 of them will eat cookies together all day long.

Yum!
I love these cookies. I love the little chocolate chips, they make it better, in my opinion. I like them better without the icing on top, too.

Best Cookie Recipe
I made these cookies for my nephew's Valentine Day's party and they went over so well I have had to make them several times since. They taste like a chocolate chip shortbread and are AWESOME!
