Very good cookies!
My 2-year-old daughter asked to make cookies today. I remembered we had pumpkin on hand and looked for a cookie recipe to use it. It was very easy even for her to help mix, etc. They are yummy! Also, we were out of white flour and often use whole wheat flour in an effort to make healthier food choices. I was concerned that the cookies might not be as good, but they are delicious and I don't believe anyone would ever notice that it is whole wheat flour.

Old Fashioned Soft Pumpkin Cookies
The taste is decent. I did a whole teaspoon of nutmeg and cinnamon. They need the drizzle, or something else. I made some with the drizzle and some with choc. chips.

Love these cookies
Hands down these are the best pumpkin cookies I have ever made. My kids and I have baked them several times and they request them more than any other kind of cookie. Everyone we share them with loves them as well. We make them with and without the icing and they are equally wonderful.
Thanks for a great recipe that has become a tradition in our home.

Yum-O!
This cookie recipe is simple, cheap and Ohhhhh so good! The icing is a little tricky so you may have to add a touch more milk so you can drizzle but other than that this recipe is dead on delicious!!!
I made them and then tasted a fresh cookie from the oven and I am hooked. I can tinker with this recipe and add chocolate chips or pecans and caramel glaze for a change but why mess with a good thing???
We will make this over and over-I am sure of it!!! Thanks VBB!
