Servings: 12 servings (1 big cookie)

ingredients
1 pkg. (16.5 oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough
1 cup ready-to-use frosting
Decorator sugar and sprinkles (optional)

directions
PREHEAT oven to 325° F. Grease pizza pan or baking sheet.

PLACE whole bar of dough on prepared pan. Allow to soften for 5 to 10 minutes. Using fingertips, pat dough gently to form 8-inch circle.

BAKE for 18 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool completely.

DECORATE with icing, sugar and sprinkles as desired.

VARIATION: Try with 1 pkg. (16.5 oz.) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Bar Dough. Press cookie dough onto greased large baking sheet or pizza pan to measure an 8-inch circle. Bake at 325° F. for 16 to 18 minutes or until lightly golden.

Mine looked better than store bought!

This recipe was perfect for my son's birthday celebration at preschool, and was better than cupcakes! It came out smaller than the size of a pie plate, but after decorating it with white icing and chocolate frosting, anyone would have thought I had ordered it from one of the "big cookie" companies. Easy!

Truly perfect

I had tried this simple desert with no additioinal recipe other than the original. With this recipe however it was perfect. I was unaware you needed to pack the dough or butter the pan; once I did that, what a beautiful pie.
