Oriental Ramen Salad Plus!

Easy to make. We substitued finely shredded cabbage and we've added baked, chunked chicken or turkey breast. This is a great meal for hot summer days or excellent accompaniment on a party buffet table.

A NEW SUMMER SALAD FAVORITE

A wonderful summer salad to add to the menu. This is very nice, flavorful, with a very nice creamy dressing. We did want a little more zip, tang to the dressing so I added about 10 drops of Asian Hot Oil when blending the dressing. This gave it the perfect zing we were looking for. So if you like just a little more pizzaz to your meal try that. It is available at all major and Asian markets. Wonderful at room temperature or cold if made ahead!

Outstanding for summer

I have made this for several summer parties and actually add diced and cooled leftover chicken breast to the salad as I mix it. Everyone raves about it and asks for the recipe! A hit no matter where I take it! Also try using bagged coleslaw mix in place of the salad greens and a teaspoon of sugar or artificial sweetener to the dressing as it is blended. Another little tweak that is great!
