Fantastic
There cannot be too much chocolate chips in here! The cookie gets a bit crispy on the edges, but inside, it's chewy and good. But for the cookie to be chewy, it has to cool down first so unless you must eat one right away, I suggest you wait for them to cool.

easy!!
Super easy to make. Tasty. I used 1 cup of white sugar instead of 3/4 just because most recipes are bland with the indicated amount.

Add Powdered Sugar!
These are awesome if you add about 1/4 cup of powdered sugar to the recipe and some mini chocolate morsels. I made a double batch and ate most of them myself!

Fabulous with Cappuccino chips!
I made these with white chocolate chips and the family really enjoyed them, but when I made them with cappuccino flavored chips that I found at Cost Plus and added about 1/4 cup of instant coffee granules to the wet ingredients was when everybody went crazy for them! I ended up making 6 double batches!
