Turkey fajitas are both easy and satisfying to prepare. Makes 8 fajitas.

  • For a fresh burst of flavor, squeeze fresh lime juice over the fajitas before you roll them up.
  • Garnish your fajitas with Diced Green Chiles, Diced Jalapeños, Pickled Jalapeno Slices or Refried Beans.
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced red onion, garlic, and green and red bell pepper strips. Saute until soft.
  3. Add turkey strips, fajita mix and water; cook until heated through.
  4. Roll up mixture in warmed flour tortillas, and serve with salsa and sour cream.
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 sliced green bell pepper
  • 1 sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 sliced red onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 4 c. leftover turkey
  • Fajita Seasoning Mix
  • 1/3 cup water
  • flour tortillas
  • mild salsa
  • sour cream
