Turkey fajitas are both easy and satisfying to prepare. Makes 8 fajitas.
- For a fresh burst of flavor, squeeze fresh lime juice over the fajitas before you roll them up.
- Garnish your fajitas with Diced Green Chiles, Diced Jalapeños, Pickled Jalapeno Slices or Refried Beans.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced red onion, garlic, and green and red bell pepper strips. Saute until soft.
- Add turkey strips, fajita mix and water; cook until heated through.
- Roll up mixture in warmed flour tortillas, and serve with salsa and sour cream.
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 sliced green bell pepper
- 1 sliced red bell pepper
- 1 sliced red onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 4 c. leftover turkey
- Fajita Seasoning Mix
- 1/3 cup water
- flour tortillas
- mild salsa
- sour cream
