Preparing a Garden Pasta Salad

This flavorful salad is quick to create, and very healthy. Make extra to store in the fridge for easy entertaining. Makes 8 to 10 servings. Ready in 30 minutes with 10 minutes of prep time.

  1. Cook, rinse and drain tortellini according to package directions. Keep chilled.
  2. Pour dressing into large bowl. Add pasta, tomatoes, broccoli, bell pepper, cheese and olives; toss well to coat.
  3. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
  • 1 c. (1 large) chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 c. Italian salad dressing
  • 1/2 c. (2 1/2-ounce can) sliced ripe olives
  • 2 c. (2 medium) chopped tomatoes
  • 2 c. broccoli florets
  • 3/4 c. (3 ounces) shredded Parmesan-Romano Cheese
  • Buitoni Family Size Three Cheese Tortellini (20.0 oz.)
