Nutrition claim info:

  • High fiber = greater than 5g per individual serving
  • Low calorie = less than 120 calories per individual food/snack; less than 300 per main dish/salad; less than 400 per meat/seafood main dish; less than 550 per meat + vegetable + starch combination
  • Low carb = less than 10g
  • Extra lean = less than 5g fat and 2g saturated fat
  • Lean = less than 10g fat and 4g saturated fat
  • Low sodium = less than 400mg per serving food; less than 600mg per meal or main dish
  • Low cholesterol = less than 95mg per main dish
