This flavorful salad is quick to create, and very healthy. Make extra to store in the fridge for easy entertaining. Makes 8 to 10 servings. Ready in 30 minutes with 10 minutes of prep time.
- Cook, rinse and drain tortellini according to package directions. Keep chilled.
- Pour dressing into large bowl. Add pasta, tomatoes, broccoli, bell pepper, cheese and olives; toss well to coat.
- Refrigerate or serve immediately.
