Asian Flavors! Steamed Fish and Mushroom Sauté

Ginger and green onions contribute flavor dimension to this steamed white fish. The soy-sugar sauce is poured over fish after steaming and adds great taste and color. The sautéed mushrooms are brimming with delectable taste. Mini-meringues are a crunchy, sweet and fun dessert.

      I like the minis

Ellie Kirkland from Round Rock, TX

My mom made cookies like this growing up but she put a chocolate kiss in the center - I mush prefer the mini morsels! I made these for my husband's co-workers but the general consensus was that they were a little weird, but I think they may just not eat a lot of meringue...I thought they were pretty good but I think I prefer regular cookie dough...

These little cookies are so good. They are light and crispy. People think you fussed over making them. Another plus is that they are lower in fat than many cookies with chocolate chips in them. Be sure you bake them on a dry day, otherwise they might turn out sticky.

Although it did not make the amount stated, it did make about 3 dozen. Everyone in attendance that evening said they were the best meringue cookies they had ever eaten!
