Ingredients:

  • 1 cup NESTLÉ PURE LIFE Purified Water (or fruit flavored, if desired)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 16 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups Orange Tangerine Flavor NESTLÉ® JUICY JUICE® 100% Juice
  • 1 cup diet tonic water
  • Ice cubes (about 2 cups total)

Directions:

COMBINE water, lime juice and mint leaves in 2-cup measuring cup or bowl. Using the back of a spoon or fork, press down firmly to crush the mint leaves, allowing the flavor to be released.

POUR mint mixture into small pitcher; stir in Juicy Juice. Let steep for at least 15 minutes or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. (After 8 hours, remove mint and add fresh mint just before serving.) Add tonic water; stir gently. Pour into 4 tall glasses filled with ice. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup NESTLÉ NESQUIK Refrigerated Ready-to-Drink Chocolate Milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons butter or margarine
  • 8 slices white or French bread
  • Powdered sugar (optional)
  • Sweetened whipped cream (optional)
  • Grated chocolate (optional)
  • Fresh raspberries (optional)

Directions:

WHISK together Nesquik and eggs in medium bowl.

MELT butter in large, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Dip bread into Nesquik mixture to coat evenly. Cook bread on each side for about 3 minutes or until cooked through. Dust with powdered sugar. Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate and raspberries.

    I made this for Sunday brunch and everyone loved it. I topped with raspberries, my daughter said strawberries would be better. This dish is great for the chocolate lover. My family was not sure about it when I said what I was fixing, but when they tasted it they loved it. Was also quick to make.

    • 2 cups peeled and thinly sliced kiwifruit
    • 2 cups peeled orange sections
    • 2 cups sliced strawberries
    • 1 cup fresh orange juice
    • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
    • 6 whole star anise pods
    • NESTLÉ LA LECHERA Sweetened Condensed Milk (squeezable bottle)

    Directions:

    PLACE kiwifruit, oranges and strawberries in large bowl; set aside. Mix orange juice, sugar and anise pods in small saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Remove anise pods; reserve for garnish. Cool orange juice mixture; pour over fruit salad. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

    DIVIDE fruit and juice evenly between dessert cups; drizzle with sweetened condensed milk and garnish with anise pods, if desired. Serve immediately.

    Adult Variation: Add 1/2 cup tequila to orange juice, sugar and anise mixture after removing it from the heat.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
    • 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 2/3 cup finely chopped nuts
    • 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, divided

    Directions:

    PREHEAT oven to 350° F.

    BEAT butter and powdered sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in vanilla extract. Gradually beat in flour and nuts. Stir in 1 1/2 cups morsels. Roll dough into 1-inch balls; place on ungreased baking sheets.

    BAKE for 10 to 12 minutes or until set and light golden brown on bottom. Cool for 2 minutes on baking sheets; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

    MICROWAVE remaining morsels in heavy-duty plastic bag on HIGH (100%) power for 30 to 45 seconds; knead. Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, kneading until smooth. Cut tiny corner from bag; squeeze to drizzle over cookies. Refrigerate cookies for about 5 minutes or until chocolate is set. Store at room temperature in airtight containers.

    NOTE: For a spicier cookie, add 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon to flour before adding to butter-sugar mixture.

      My daughter and I made these cookies but they did not turn out like the picture.Instead they spread out like very thin chocolate chip cookies.We followed the recipe to a tee,very easy to do so.We think our problem may have been in the sugar.We used berry sugar instead of powered sugar.Was not familiar with the term powered sugar.They however are delicious and will make again,if someone can correct our error.

      I made this as the recipe calls for the first time, and it was very good. The family said it was a little bland for their taste. So the second batch I made as directed, but after coming out of the oven, before adding chocolate stripes, I sprinkled a little confectioners sugar. It was too rich for me, but the family loved it. Both ways are very good. Taste aside, you can't beat how easy it was to make these cookies. Anything easier would require store-bought dough. They literally melt in your mouth.

      My niece discovered this recipe and it seemed very easy to make. Once they came out of the oven they looked just like they went in. For the 1st batch I used a cookie scoop and once cooked it looked like a raw piece of dough, but it was totally cooked. With each batch I tried rolling them into different types of balls and by the last batch I had resorted to slightly flattening the dough just to make it look like a cookie instead of a ball. Even though they looked different, they tasted fantastic. Especially with the melted chocolate on top. A huge hit with my family!
