Asparagus
Helene kingsley from

I tried these for the first time and we all enjoyed them. But next time I do cook them, I'll put them in a drip pan so the asparagus won't sit in the bacon fat.
-
Wonderfull!!!
Karen Whitney from
This was very easy to make and was excellent! I've never fixed Asparagus before but, was able to make this and it was great with lots of flavor. We'll fix it again and soon. The only thing that I did different from the recipe is I used 12 spears instead of 4 (my spears were really small) and I brushed on some olive oil before baking. What a great dish!!
The other thing that I did was to make the Welsh Rarebit from scratch. I used 2 Tbls of butter, 4 oz of shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup beer (Coors Light), salt & pepper to taste. It was good too.
