Really Is Yummy!
Jennifer Montes from
Lancaster, CA
This is my first time making fudge with dark chocolate and I have to say for me it was the best fudge! I didn't have pistachios but I had pecans on hand and they worked great. I am sure the pistachios would be great too!
I almost goofed and didn't get enough of the dark chocolate, just had it in my mind that one bar would give me the 12 oz needed but thankfully I checked the bars at the store (they are 4oz bars) and got the right amount!
Definitely will make again!

This fudge was very easy to make and had creamy texture and a wonderful taste. We love pistachios so it was a big hit with my family. The second time I made them I added a tablespoon of instant espresso coffee to the sugar and milk before boiling. The result was incredible and enjoyed by everyone who tasted them!

Pistachios are my favorite nuts. Funny thing I have never replaced any fudge recipe with pistachios, I have always used walnuts or peanuts. This fudge made with dark chocolate and pistachios is a must try for all who want to try something different yet wonderful. Easy to make, and now is a family favorite.

OK I will admit that I did not follow the recipe exactly. I did not have the pistachios-I had purchased them but they got eaten- So I used macadamia nuts all I can say is OMG is this fudge GOOD! I love dark chocolate so this is just perfect. A little goes a long way. I just have to keep it hidden from MYSELF (and that is hard to do!) All I can say is you gotta try this.

These brownies are amazing. The pistachios add a rich touch to them. At first, I thought they were an unusual choice for a nut, but after trying them, I was won over and I'm not a big nuts in brownies fan. I love using Nestle products, especially when everything I make with them turn out so well!

Finally a fudge I can make. I've never been able to make the "traditional" fudge like my Mother made--would never set up or would be too grainy. This was very easy, set up really well. I used walnuts instead of pistachios or pecans. Also, I cut small squares as it is so rich and was surprised how many pieces I got. Will definitely make again.
