Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1/4 cup granular no calorie sweetener (such as SPLENDA) or 4 packets artificial sweetener
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 1 large lemon)
  • 1 tablespoon NESTEA Unsweetened Instant 100% Tea
  • Ice cubes

Directions:

COMBINE water, sweetener, lemon juice and Nestea in pitcher; stir until tea is dissolved. Serve over ice.

  • 1 container BUITONI Refrigerated Roasted Garlic Marinara Sauce (15 oz.)
  • 1 package BUITONI Refrigerated Four Cheese Ravioli (9 oz.)
  • 2 tablespoons shredded fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons BUITONI Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese (5 oz.)

Directions:

HEAT sauce according to package directions.

PREPARE pasta according to package directions.

ADD sauce to pasta; gently toss. Top each serving with basil and cheese. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds small- to medium-size carrots
  • 1 cup sliced shallots
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Coarse salt and ground black pepper

Directions:

PREHEAT oven to 425° F. Place rack in center of oven.

PEEL carrots and trim green top, leaving about 1/2–inch. Cut larger carrots in half lengthwise and place in a rimmed baking sheet. Add shallots and thyme; drizzle with oil and stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper.

ROAST for about 30 to 35 minutes or until tender and lightly browned. Season with additional salt and pepper, if desired.

    I made this recipe for Thanksgiving and it was a hit! Everyone loved it, it's very flavorful. I did not use a whole cup of shallots like it called for, just a half cup and it turned out great.

    • 4 small scoops coconut ice cream or sorbet
    • 2 tablespoons slivered toasted almonds
    • 2 tablespoons toasted grated coconut
    • NESTLÉ ABUELITA Chocolate Syrup
    • 2 Maria cookies

    Directions:

    PLACE 2 scoops ice cream in each of 2 dessert bowls. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon almonds and 1 tablespoon coconut. Drizzle with Abuelita syrup and garnish with a Maria cookie.

    Suggestions: This parfait is also delicious with diced fresh bananas and chopped pineapple.
