I saw this recipe during my search for our Thanksgiving menu and felt it would be perfect. It most definitely was. My husbands family went on and on about how good this salad was. I glazed an abundance of pecans and set the extras out as snacks. The dressing is what knocked everything out of the park. The dressing was simply scrumptious. I would omit the garlic or find the tiniest clove of garlic. It makes a bold statement in this dressing. I will be making this salad again for Christmas with a different set of relatives and I look forward to every bite!

I saw this recipe, in the booklet I got in the mail recently and thought it sounded tasty. When I got home from work, the kids announced that they loved it. We all liked the combination of apples and dried cranberries, with the greens. I had two big helpings!

This salad is great!

Really good (and easy!) - but definitely use less garlic in the dressing! I added slices of grilled chicken that had marinated in a cranberry barbeque sauce overnight to make this a "meal salad"

I'm done, this is wonderful

I tasted this, but I used a bite less garlic because my kid's are not to fond of the taste. Adding the Turkey adds more protein, to which is so healthy for all. Give it a chance...

Tasty

My husband and I really enjoyed both the combination of flavors and the textures with this. Neither my 1-year-old nor my 7-year-old liked it, for some reason. (They're both very good about trying - and usually liking - new things.) I did have to use non-refrigerated pasta as I couldn't find ANY brand at any of my favorite stores and I also forgot to add the garlic - both of which probably would have made the dish that much better.

This turned out really good. Omitted the nuts and added alfredo sauce, crushed red pepper to the chicken. Great on angel hair pasta.

This is a very simple and quick meal which my husband who is not a great lover of noodles said that it was fantastic, so there is no greater accolade than this. I used sun dried tomato pesto (because that was what I had) and almonds and I had no leftovers as they all went back for seconds. Thank you for another great recipe.

I make this dish all of the time except I also add alfredo and chopped roasted red peppers. I have had so many compliments on this dish that I make it for every potluck I attend.

This recipe is really great! Very easy to make. I doubled the garlic, and used slivered almonds and sunflower seeds instead of the walnuts. Just our preference. It was great! I also added some frozen peas to get the veggie in there. My two year old ate it and my husband went back for seconds. This recipe is a winner in our family!

I'm making this tomorrow night but I'm sure it will be wonderful because I love pesto. I'm going to put toasted pine nuts on top instead of walnuts - I don't care for walnuts and actually pine nuts are what is traditionally used in pesto so it should blend well and still have that nice crunch. Can't wait to eat it!

Very Good
Angela Goodman from

This recipe was fast and delicious. Any cooked chicken will do -- the pesto was so flavorful, you couldn't really tell the chicken had been grilled. I used the walnuts, but it would have been just fine without them.

Fantastic!

I served this dish for a big family gathering and received raving reviews. My family is very cultured (not to mention picky) so I took their high praise seriously! I couldn't find the already made Pesto sauce, so I just bought the dry packet and made it myself. I imagine that is cheaper and it is no trouble at all. I served this with Fresh Tomato Salad (also in meals.com) and homemade bread. Delic!

This dish was great! I will be using this for a quick to prepare meal on our hot summer evenings. I make my own pesto and was running out of ideas to use it all.The walnuts added texture and crunch.
Thanks

This dish was excellent. I am always looking for something new for dinner and this was perfect. I am a pasta lover and my husband loves chicken - so there it is all in one spot. I skipped the walnuts (don't like them) and used a bit more garlic than called for because we love garlic. But, the recipe was easy and fantastic. I'm sure that it'll become a family favorite!

This recipe is outstanding, both in taste and ease of preparation. My husband (a notoriously picky eater) asked me to make it twice in one week! If you are worried about the walnuts, give them a chance. They really blend well with the other flavors.

Excellent dish; easy to prepare. We are on a low-carb diet, so I substituted fresh, steamed spinach for the linguini and added a tomato sliced on top of spinach and under chicken. Butoni pesto is an outstanding product!
