I used the Cafe Collection Vanilla Latte Coffee-Mate instead of the Original Coffee-Mate to make it a Vanilla Chai Iced Tea. It was really tasty! - a member of the Coffee-Mate Brew Crew

So, I wanted to try this recipe, but didn't have all the ingredients. What I did have is an AWESOME chai tea blend from Teavana. I used that with some ice and Coffee-Mate French Vanilla. It was sooo good!

I love chai tea, and the Coffee-Mate makes it even better. If the caffeine is a problem, stick to a decaf tea and you can always add a sugar-free Coffee-Mate if you''''re looking for a reduced calorie version. I would also drink this hot! I''''m a member of the Coffee-Mate Brew Crew and recommend you check it out if you''''re not!

Delicious!

This has become one of our favorite Asian meals, the only thing that I change is that I double the marinade so that there is more to go over the rice. A+++

Good, but needed more taste

For all the ingredients added to this pork, it should have tasted better. I marinated mine for almost 20 hours, but the flavor wasn't strong enough. I would add more ginger and garlic definitely.
