Ingredients:

  • 1 cup NESTLÉ PURE LIFE Purified Water (or fruit flavored, if desired)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 16 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups Orange Tangerine Flavor NESTLÉ® JUICY JUICE® 100% Juice
  • 1 cup diet tonic water
  • Ice cubes (about 2 cups total)

Directions:

COMBINE water, lime juice and mint leaves in 2-cup measuring cup or bowl. Using the back of a spoon or fork, press down firmly to crush the mint leaves, allowing the flavor to be released.

POUR mint mixture into small pitcher; stir in Juicy Juice. Let steep for at least 15 minutes or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. (After 8 hours, remove mint and add fresh mint just before serving.) Add tonic water; stir gently. Pour into 4 tall glasses filled with ice. Serve immediately.

This is one of my favorite recipes. It is very rich and full of chocolate flavor. This recipe has never failed me and even tastes better the next day! I'm always asked for the recipe whenever I make these. Oftentimes I will use peanut butter chips along with the chocolate chips. They are my husband's favorite cookie.

Nice chocolate taste, but next time I will add more chocolate chips at the end since I am a chocoholic. Like the way they melt in my mouth while they are warm. Great for dessert along with a glass of milk.

We enjoyed these cookies very much, they are a cross between a cookie and a brownie. Easy to make and clean up. Also easy to switch up the chips that you use, mint, caramel, peanut butter, butterscotch- you can get pretty creative with this recipe.

      Chocolate Fix!!

Megan Brown from NEW LONDON, CT

These cookies are great when you need a chocolate fix. I made a couple of healthy changes by substituting 3/4 cup of the flour with whole wheat flour and the butter with Light Stick Butter. Also I mixed in 1 cup white chocolate morsels instead of using only semi-sweet and omitted the nuts. They still turned out great. I will definitely make these again.

I omitted the nuts and added dried tart cherries instead, along with milk chocolate morsels. Next time I make these I'm going to add a little more chips to the recipe, probably semi-sweet and then make these even more decadent by dipping the top halves of the cookies into melted chocolate.

When i made these cookies, it surprised me how easy they were to make. They have alot of chocolaty flavor, but i thought they needed something extra. Still haven't figured out what though. I still had my grandson asking me to make them again. And i definitely will. But one thing you need to have with this cookie is a BIG GLASS of MILK.

Alex Black from mississauga, Ontario, CANADA

These are in no way in the same category as the double chocolate dream cookies. These are much too brownie like and the name does not suit these because they do not taste as chocolatey as they sound--since I always seek the chocolate side of things. Nice for a change though, chewy and a little nutty.
