This Spicy Jalapeño Corn Soup is zesty, delicious and colorful.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 jalapeños, chopped (seeded, if desired)
1 teaspoon ground cumin
3 cans (15.25 ounces each) whole-kernel corn, undrained
4 teaspoons MAGGI Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
1 can (7.6 fluid ounces) NESTLÉ Media Crema
Cilantro leaves for garnish
Directions:
HEAT oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook onion, garlic and jalapeños, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender. Stir in cumin. Add corn and liquid and bouillon. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover.
COOK for 15 minutes. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature. Transfer half of soup to blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Return to saucepan.
ADD media crema; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, just until heated through without boiling. Garnish with cilantro; serve with bread, if desired.

Fresh citrus flavors enhance these tasty Citrus Tuna Brochettes. Bake or grill these tasty tuna skewers for an easy and attractive meal option.
Ingredients:
1 lb. tuna steaks, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
16 cherry tomatoes
1 zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices
2 to 3 limes, cut lengthwise into halves, each half cut into thin slices
6 tablespoons MAGGI Seasoning Sauce
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Skewers
Directions:
THREAD tuna, tomatoes, zucchini and lime alternately on skewers placing lime slices on each side of tuna cubes. Place skewers in large dish.
COMBINE seasoning sauce, lemon juice, oil and basil in small bowl. Reserve 3 tablespoons. Pour remaining marinade over prepared skewers. Marinate, turning skewers occasionally, for 1 hour in refrigerator.
PREHEAT oven to 450° F. Remove skewers from marinade; discard used marinade. Bake, brushing with remaining reserved marinade halfway through baking time, for 8 to 10 minutes or until tuna is of desired doneness.
NOTE: If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before threading.

Directions:
HEAT oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion; cook, stirring occasionally, until tender. Add rice; cook, stirring occasionally, until toasted and golden. Add water, tomato sauce, seasoning sauce, chili powder and cumin; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover.
COOK for 20 minutes or until rice is tender and water has evaporated; stir in beans. Serve topped with cheese and chopped cilantro.

Ingredients:
2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 can (14 oz.) NESTLÉ LA LECHERA Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups assorted berries
1 cup chopped Maria cookies
2 (3/4 oz. each) NESTLÉ CARLOS V Milk Chocolate Bars, chopped
Fresh mint leaves
Directions:
MIX cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, orange juice, grated orange peel and vanilla extract in medium bowl until smooth; cover. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
