Abuelita and Cookie Dessert

Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup NESTLÉ ABUELITA Chocolate Syrup
27 graham cracker squares
1 (1.41 ounces) NESTLÉ CARLOS V Dark Knight Dark Chocolate Style Bar, chopped
Sliced fresh strawberries
Mint leaves

 

Directions

BEAT cream in large mixer bowl until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in Abuelita syrup until stiff peaks form.

LAYER bottom of 8-inch-square baking dish with 9 graham cracker squares. Top with one-third whipped cream mixture. Repeat process two more times finishing with a layer of whipped cream mixture. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until crackers are soft. Cut into 9 squares; garnish each piece with chopped chocolate, strawberry slices and mint. Serve immediately.
