Delicious Abuelita and Cookie Dessert has just 15 minutes prep time, then you refrigerate for four or more hours. This treat is a great make-ahead option. Garnish with chopped chocolate, strawberry slices or mint leaves.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup NESTLÉ ABUELITA Chocolate Syrup
  • 27 graham cracker squares
  • 1 (1.41 ounces) NESTLÉ CARLOS V Dark Knight Dark Chocolate Style Bar, chopped
  • Sliced fresh strawberries
  • Mint leaves

Directions:

BEAT cream in large mixer bowl until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in Abuelita syrup until stiff peaks form.

LAYER bottom of 8-inch-square baking dish with 9 graham cracker squares. Top with one-third whipped cream mixture. Repeat process two more times finishing with a layer of whipped cream mixture. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until crackers are soft. Cut into 9 squares; garnish each piece with chopped chocolate, strawberry slices and mint. Serve immediately.
