This wonderfully elegant and delicious Abuelita Chocolate Ice Cream Pie is quite simple to make and is a great choice for make-ahead entertaining. Drizzle with additional Abuelita syrup before serving.
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels
- 1 prepared (9 ounces) 10-inch graham cracker or chocolate crumb crust
- 1 quart (4 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/2 cup NESTLÉ ABUELITA Chocolate Syrup
SPRINKLE morsels over bottom of crust.
COMBINE ice cream and 1/2 cup Abuelita syrup in medium bowl; stir well. Spoon into crust. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm. Drizzle with additional Abuelita syrup before serving, if desired.
