Abuelita & Peanut Butter Banana Boats

Ingredients

1 tablespoon NESTLÉ ABUELITA Granulated Chocolate Drink Mix
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 bananas, peeled and cut lengthwise in half
1 tablespoon chopped peanuts (optional)

 

Directions

COMBINE Abuelita chocolate and milk in small, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 25 to 50 seconds or until Abuelita chocolate is melted; mix well. Add peanut butter; mix well until combined.

SPREAD peanut butter mixture evenly on banana halves. Sprinkle chopped peanuts evenly on bananas.

TIP: Enjoy banana boats with a cup of low-fat milk for breakfast.
