I made this recipe before going to drs. appt. and it was so quick and easy to put together, only took a few mins. then put in freezer and was ready for dessert when we got home. When I served our pie, we both loved it and was an excellent tasting pie to finish off our meal! Anyone who wants a quick and easy delicious dessert, you must try this. Especially great for kids! I used a gourmet chocolate ice cream and it made it even richer. Great recipe, will be making this many, many times in coming months. Thanks for a wonderful dessert!
