I made this for a ladies gathering treat but instead of strawberries I used grapes, apples peeled and cubed, and lite vanilla pudding. It was a real hit.

Ambrosio all the time....
Okay, I've reviewed this before. But Now at work, EVERY PARTY, all they want is Ambrosia! I now add exotic fruit to the mix with papaya, mango, and let me tell you it is beyond popular! trouble is this is all they want and everyone elses deserts are left behind...Is that a good thing?
Very good with variation
i omitted the marshmallows, banana & strawberries, and added crushed pineapple & walnuts. love it! a perfect addition to any summer meal.
