This elegant Ambrosia fruit salad is perfect all year long. Sweet and fruity, this mixture of succulent fruits will delight your family and friends.


  • 3 cans (15 oz. each) chunky fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1 can (11 oz.) Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup flake coconut
  • 2 bananas, thinly sliced
  • 2/3 cup (5 fl.-oz. can) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

COMBINE fruit cocktail, oranges, marshmallows, coconut, bananas and evaporated milk in large bowl. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Stir in strawberries before serving.

sweet treat

I made this for a ladies gathering treat but instead of strawberries I used grapes, apples peeled and cubed, and lite vanilla pudding. It was a real hit.

Ambrosio all the time....

Okay, I've reviewed this before. But Now at work, EVERY PARTY, all they want is Ambrosia! I now add exotic fruit to the mix with papaya, mango, and let me tell you it is beyond popular! trouble is this is all they want and everyone elses deserts are left behind...Is that a good thing?
