Ingredients:

1 package (9 ounces) BUITONI Refrigerated Angel Hair Pasta, prepared according to package directions
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup dark sesame oil
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey mustard
2 teaspoons hot chili oil
1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
1/3 cup sliced green onions

Directions:

COMBINE peanut butter, sesame oil, vegetable oil, orange juice, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard and chili oil in small bowl. Mix until smooth. Season with salt and ground black pepper.

TOSS pasta, chicken, green onions and dressing in medium bowl.

I have made this recipe many times and everyone has loved it! (lots of requests for copies) I only make one change - rather then pour the sauce on, I serve it on the side. That way people can use as much or as little as they want. . . especially the kids who don't like anything on their noodles. I freeze any leftover sauce to use next time - cutting down even more on prep time.

This dish is only fast if you already have cooked chicken. I just used canned white chicken which did make it pretty quick and easy. I thought it had too much peanut butter and oil as well. If I make it again, I will just leave out the vegetable oil all together. Overall, it was just so-so.

This was quick and easy to fix after a long day at work, I had followed other reviews and cut the oil the oils in half, next time I would cut the hot oil in half as well was just a tiny bit too spicey, but over all a very good dish, really hit the spot.

I followed the suggestion in a couple of the reviews and cut back on the oil, I used 1/3 cup total, 1/6 cup sesame oil and 1/6 cup vegetable oil. It was delicious. Quick and easy, peanutty and spicy. I will definitely make this again.

This recipe is great because it is so easy to make. Although, I do agree with the other reviews, it is too peanuty and too oily. Just use 1/4 cup of peanut butter and 1/3 cup of oil all together and it comes out great. Good for a marinade and salad dressing as well.

I thought the sauce was simply too peanutty, and I like peanuts. The sauce is also very greasy with the two types of oil. I was disappointed in this recipe. It sounded a lot better than it tasted.
