Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Classic French Vanilla Flavor CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS® Complete Nutritional Drink
  • 1/2 cup 2% lowfat milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup apple juice concentrate
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:

PLACE ingredients in blender; add more or less milk or apple juice concentrate to suit your palate. Blend ingredients. Add a cinnamon stick, or mix ground cinnamon with a little Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink and sprinkle over top.
