    Excellent Pot Luck Item

If, of course, you have a way to keep it cool! I always double the topping. Sure, it's higher in calories, but is easier to make and servings are a bit smaller due to the richness. I have also drizzled with chocolate sauce and/or caramel sauce. I make it in a 9 x 13 (Corning) pan. The Portable carrier has a spot for a frozen cooling pouch.

    Recipe Correction

According to the back of the box of apples the recipe calls for (2) 3oz. cream of cheese and (1) egg. Other than that it is easy to make and very delicious.
