ROLL pie pastry into a 12-inch circle. Transfer to a baking sheet and spoon apples over half of the circle to within ½ inch of the edge. Fold pastry over apples, stretching dough slightly, if necessary.

COMBINE sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl; sprinkle over pastry.

BAKE for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly; cut into 1 ½ to 2-inch squares. For each parfait, layer three apple pie squares with ice cream.

loving it

When I made it was so much fun. I had to add some other stuff. I'm hoping to at least try all of the recipes. But it was so good I will have to give you a 10!!!! **********

A must have treat.

This recipe was amazing. Only because I added hot caramel syrup that I had heated in a pot on the stove. Make sure you don't burn the syrup. It's easy to burn. Just warm it up and you're set.
