Apricot Smoothie is a great alternative when you feel like having something tasty and creamy. In this recipe you can combine creamy evaporated milk and the pleasant sweetness of the apricots. Perfect for a summertime treat.


  • 2 1/2 cups apricot nectar, chilled
  • 1 can (12 fl. oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, chilled
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

PLACE nectar, evaporated milk, ice and sugar in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

NOTE: Pear nectar can be substituted for the apricot nectar.
