Asian-Style Pork Tenderloin
This pork tenderloin is delicious marinated in an Asian-inspired marinade.
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch-thick slices
- 1/4 cup MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 to 3 tablespoons MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Cooking Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon peeled, finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- Sliced green onions for garnish
- Hot cooked rice or pasta

HEAT oil in large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through. Pour marinade over pork; cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce has thickened. Garnish with additional sliced green onions.
SERVE with hot cooked rice or pasta.

This has become one of our favorite Asian meals, the only thing that I change is that I double the marinade so that there is more to go over the rice. A+++
Good, but needed more taste
For all the ingredients added to this pork, it should have tasted better. I marinated mine for almost 20 hours, but the flavor wasn't strong enough. I would add more ginger and garlic definitely.
If you are looking for something so easy to prepare,and so tasty try this recipe, It was so nice I will be doing this one again..
The best My family ever had, I heard for the first time after all the Pork Tenderloin I've prepared, may I have another piece, and thats enough for me when your family says its good then its you know its EXCELLENT!!!!!!!
I made this for my family as a Sunday dinner and i have to say that they loved it!!!! My Fiancee loved it more then anyone!!! the only thing that I did not like is that at my store i could not find only 1LB of pok... but it would not have been enough for my family of 5 so i did 2 lbs and just doubled everything!! it was great!
