I panicked when I couldn't find this recipe for Christmas brunch in my loose mess that I haven't put in a recipe book yet. My grandchildren love this and look forward to it at the Holidays. Thank you for having it on the website. My recipe came from the apple box a long time ago. Happy Holidays.

Absolutely delicious for breakfast. Plan on making it for a dessert for a weekly meeting and for anything else. Just great!

I made this as a dinner with smoked sausage. It was quite good but a little on the dry side, we fixed that with warm maple syrup! My daughters enjoyed it so we will definitely have it again.

I made this for a teachers brunch. They all loved it. It was easy to make. I used sliced apples. Will make again.

    What a winner!

I've just made this for a weekend breakfast, and we both loved it! I'm dieting, so made a few changes: I used a large Delicious apple, halved and sliced, used oat milk instead of whole milk and cut back on the sugar, because oat milk is sweet-ish anyway. It was superb, and my husband has asked if we can have it again tomorrow. New husband, must spoil him!

I tried this for a family brunch. Outstanding! I found the recipe easy to follow and best of all, I could just pop everything in one pan and just take it easy.
