    great recipe, add peppers

    megan gardner from michigan

This is a great recipe. The only thing that I did differently was use alfredo sauce, saute mushrooms, onions and red peppers in a seperate pan and then add it into the sauce. Oh I also added a little salt, garlic and pepper

If you are a mushroom lover then you should find this recipe to your liking. I had the same problem as another reviewer and could not find Mushroom Alfredo sauce and just added fresh instead to regular sauce.. I wonder if it is better this way. My jar of sauce was 16 oz. and i used it all. Unless i didn't coat the pasta well enough I didn't think there was much extra sauce. I have leftovers so I'm hoping it will warm up well. This is a new favorite.

    Excellent!

    Sandra from

I made this for family, for a party and for friends and everyone said it was FABULOUS! I made some modifications though. I could not find the portobello mushroom sauce so I used plain alfredo instead. To give it a mushroom flavor, I used sliced white mushrooms and sauteed them seperately, after sauteeing the onions. I then combined the veggies with the sauce and continued on with the recipe. Also using a chicken and herb ravioli (I used one from Costco) really added to the recipe too.

    This was Terrific

    Rose Marie from

This was so easy to prepare. Unfortunately I was unable to find the Alfredo Sauce with Portabello mushrooms so I purchased an 8 ounce package of sliced crimini mushrooms and sauteed them with the onion. Hubby asked me to add it to my list of meals to prepare again.

    Easy and Yummy

I made this dish last night and couldn't believe how easy it was. I am not a fan of cooking but it was actually fun to make. My husband and I loved it but the kids kinda liked it. Next time I make it I'll use smaller ravioli for the kids sake. I paired it with salad and bread and it filled us up. I think I'll add this to my recipe favorites!

    Great recipe for vegetarians

    Verena from San Diego

This reciped was quick, easy and inexpensive. I had friends over and they loved it. We usually eat meat with almost every meal, but this was one meal that meat would have been too much. It makes for a great vegetarian meal. It makes becoming a vegetarian so much easier. Also try putting a teaspoon of cayenne pepper in this recipe...it does wonders.

    They loved it!

    christina g from Galloway, NJ

My family thinks I am the best cook around--they loved it so much--- My 5 year old twins looked at it funny--but when they took their first bite they were looking for seconds! I served it with green bean casserole and a loaf of italian bread. It was a fantastic dinner and so easy!!

    Very Excellent.

    Michael Kramarczyk from Somerset,NJ

This recipe was very good. We had to fudge a little bit because Shoprite did not carry a mushroom alfredo sauce. Instead we used a sun dried tomato alfredo sauce with fresh mushrooms. This worked quite well. Thanks for the recipe!
