1 packet Rich Milk Chocolate Flavor CARNATION® BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS™ Complete Nutritional Drink
1 cup 2% lowfat milk
1/2 banana
1 graham cracker, crumbled

 

Directions

PLACE Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink and milk into blender. Next add the banana and crumbled graham cracker into the blender. Blend on liquify until mixed. Pour into glass and enjoy.
