DISSOLVE bouillon in 1/4 cup water in small bowl. Stir in soy sauce, wine, cornstarch, ginger and pepper.

HEAT oil in large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and garlic; cook, stirring constantly, for 3 to 4 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Remove from skillet.

HEAT 2 tablespoons water in same skillet. Add vegetables; cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Return beef to skillet; stir in bouillon mixture and green onions. Cook, stirring frequently, for 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Serve over rice.

a big success

Great recipe if a bit salty - no need for corn starch in my opinion and I used red wine and it tasted great.

Came out Awesome on first try!!

Today was my first time trying this recipe and it was a hit. Everyone had second and when going for thirds there was disappointment through out the house. I will definitely be making this again.

Really, Really Good

I absolutely love this recipe. The taste is amazing. I definitely agree that a double-dose of soy sauce is necessary. I would also suggest to season the meat before cooking it with a little season salt and poultry seasoning. It turned out perfect!!!

delicious

This is very simple to make and tastes wonderful. I use rice noodles instead of rice for a different twist. It has become a staple recipe in the house!

Better than take-out!

This is really good! Easy to make! I add spices to the beef first before cooking it. I will definitely make this one again!
