    Wonderful!!

GREAT recipe!!! I have been looking for a new way to cook asparagus, and this will definitely be added to a family favorite. My 13 yo son also loved it. I did marinate meat prior to cooking to promote tender beef. Also i added fresh garlic and salt/pepper to my family's taste!!

    You've gotta make this!

The sauce that this recipe makes is great to soak up with bread if you don't feel like making the rice to go along with it. Definitely give this one a try!

    Absolutely Loved It!

This was an excellent recipe!! My husband is very hard to please (especially when it comes to dishes with rice). My daughter and I love anything with rice so to make husband happy with the dish to, it's a huge compliment for the dish. However, I did make a couple of changes. I cooked the meat a while longer with a covered pan to make the meat more tender and I added more spices for flavoring (garlice powder, onion powder, season salt and black pepper). We will definitely be making this again!

    Very Good

This recipe was easy to cook and eat ;) I did find that there was not enough flavor, so next time I will add some of my fav. i also replaced rice with angel hair pasta leftovers, so this turned into a one dish dinner idea. Recomend it lots.

    Kids loved it

Good tasting and simple to make. Even our three year old liked it! We tried making it just as the recipe calls for, and found it needed more flavour. Next time we will marinade the meat, and add a clove of crushed garlic.

    Beef and Asparagus Stir-Fru

I'm always searching for new recipes for my kids and husband and this was one of them. My whole family enjoyed the dish. I marinated the beef in worchestire sauce and added a pinch of salt and chili powder to taste. It’s a good dish.
