- 1 packet (1 oz.) MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Beef & Broccoli Seasoning Blend
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 lb. top sirloin, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 lb. broccoli florets
- Hot cooked rice (optional)
COMBINE contents of seasoning packet, water and soy sauce in small bowl; set aside.
HEAT oil in large skillet or wok over high heat; stir-fry beef for 3 minutes or until browned. Add onion and broccoli; stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add sauce mixture; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens.
SERVE over rice.

I loved this recipe although the way I made it took longer than stated for it to finish. We like our vegetables a little bit more tender so we let it cook longer at a lower temp. I think this helped make the meat more tender and infused it with more of the flavor! VERY GOOD
This is very good. Easy to make & tastes wonderful. I served it over chicken fried rice. Also cooked some friend potatoes with onoin & green bell pepper. Great & tasty meal.

This was easy, quick to assemble....partially freeze the beef to make slicing easier. I added a little minced garlic to the oil, and a dash or two of ground ginger to spice it up a bit. There were no leftovers---next time I'll make extra for the next days' lunch!!
