    Something for Everyone

    Sande Adams from BRANDENBURG, KY

I have 4 grandaughters ranging from 11yrs to 5yrs old and have had them all in the kitchen cooking and baking with me since they were able to stand up! Using the refrigerated cookie dough like this is great for the younger ones who haven't developed the patience for a more involved recipe, yet they offer the older ones the chance to develope knife skills and inhance reading abilities. When these come out of the oven, even 88yr old great-grandma can't resist the sprinkles, jimmies & colored sugars for individualized toppings! I get closer to my grandgirls, they have fun in my kitchen...what could be better building memories?

What an amazing idea! I like to partially bakema pan of brownies. Then I pull them out and lay sliced cookie dough on top and continue baking. Turn that into a sundae...I guess I am not the only one who thought of this magnificent idea!

    Brownie Cookies

MARJORIE LECOMTE from TOMS RIVER, NJ

I had become so used to listening to family arguments over what I should bake. Some wanted cookies while others wanted brownies. So to please everyone I would make them both. Then I chanced to find this incredibly easy to make Brownie Cookie recipe and gave it a go. Now there are no more quarrels, everyone loves these cookies, and it seems to take no time at all to prepare compared to how long it used to take to please everyone. Many thanks to the lovely person who took the time to share this recipe with all of us here on VeryBestBaking.com.

    Great Idea

    LINDA WALSH from Phiadelphia, PA

What a wonderful idea. It was so much easier than trying to cut a tray of brownies (I almost always do damage). I also like the idea of individual cookies so I can put different toppings on each piece.

If we wanted a recipe that you didn't have to do anything with, we would just go to the store, and buy cookies. I don't believe that a cookie with a premade dough is a real recipe.
