Big Pumpkin Cookie
Fun to make! This Big Pumpkin Cookie is just great for an afternoon in the kitchen with the children. Let them decorate to their heart's content once this giant cookie has cooled down.
- 1 pkg. (16.5 oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Bar Dough
- Frosting, decorator icing, sugar sprinkles, candies and/or melted chocolate (optional)

PLACE whole bar of dough in prepared pan. Allow to soften for 5 to 10 minutes. Using fingertips, pat dough gently to form 8- to 9-inch pumpkin shape.
BAKE for 22 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes; carefully loosen cookie with spatula. Cool completely on baking sheet on wire rack.
DECORATE as desired.

Very cute cookie to make it a little easier I baked the cookie in a cake pan so you can get that perfect round cookie ...

It's that time again. The school carnival is just around the corner, so I tried this out last weekend to surprise my grand kids. They were so surprised that they each ask me to donate 1 in each their names to the cake walk. This should work just as well as a ghost, don't ya think.

I made this last year and I loved it. I did the pumpkin and also a ghost. Tastes great and gave thge kids something to do on those dark, rainy alaska days. Great recipe and idea.

Well I don't know what went wrong but my cookies spread out soooo far that it over flowed the pan and I ended up with a thin cookie and I had to trim it back into shape to look like a pumpkin!
