- 1 container (8 ounces) blueberry fat free yogurt

- 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
- 1/2 banana
PLACE milk, yogurt, Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink, blueberries and banana in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
