This is the best smoothie I have ever had. I first made it for my relatives but now I make it for myself. Its quick, easy, the kids love it, and most of all its good! I recamend that even if you dont have young kids you should still try it.
I had a gastric bypass, and i tried this drink, it is great... the best thing in my mouth in weeks!! and very little calories! I loved it and so did my Aunt and my Niece.
