  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 1 packet Classic French Vanilla Flavor CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS® Complete Nutritional Drink
  • 1 banana, cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ or oat bran
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Great drink!

I'm looking for a way to get more calcium in my diet - since I don't like milk. My husband tried this shake this morning and both loved it! This will become part of our morning routine. Kids will love it too.
