    Okay

    Kelly from Nashville, TN

I made this for my husband and I. It was ok, but kind of bland. However, it would be good with chicken and some sauce. The noodles were just too dry, even after adding extra oil.

So very easy and very tasty, not to mention quick!

    Maureen Fedor from Bowie, Maryland

We all loved this recipe. I added more olive oil because I like my food a little on the moister side. I held off on the red peppers until after I gave my kids theirs (they are young and hot is not for them). I then added the red peppers for the adults. I also grated a lot of the fresh cheese on everyone's plates. Oh my gosh for such a simple meal and it so flavorful! Enjoy!

    Easy and quick

You have to LOVE garlic for this recipe. I didn't add as much garlic and it was mmmmm good and fast! Easy for a college student, like myself, to make!

    Endless possibilities!

    Jenny from Ramstein AB, Germany

I used mini penne pasta, zucchini, and added some salt and pepper, plus loads of fresh parmesan reggiano. Excellent! You can do a lot with this recipe idea, depending upon what you have in the pantry. Makes a nice fresh dish and a light but filling meal with garlic bread.

I can't get enough of this!

    rachel bancroft from Austin, TX

I found this to not only be fast and easy to prepare but extremely good in taste! In fact I have made it 3 times now since finding it last month...I just can't get enough. It's light and delicious. I add a bit more cheese and garlic, but it's great either way. My hubby likes it almost as much as I do which is thrilling because he is a very picky eater! Here's one the whole family will enjoy!

    Great with Mini Ravioli too!

    Anne from Hightstown, New Jersey

I used 3 Cheese Mini Ravioli instead of fettucine and it made a nice side dish with chicken breasts. Mix in 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoned bread crumbs to sauce before adding pasta.

    Yummy

    Jenny from Napa, CA

This is so easy to make! I forgot the red pepper the first time, so it was lacking. I made it a second time with bow tie pasta and included the red pepper, it was very yummy.

    Easy!

This dish was very tasty and easy. Even the children loved the vegetables. I roasted a red pepper and used extra olive oil to keep it moist.
