I never thought a meal could taste so good. I have cooked many things and this would have to be one of my favorites. I recommend it to all families everywhere to try this delicious dish.
So Simple, Yet So Delicious
After reading the recipe, I didn't think that something so simple would come out so good! This has been the easiest thing by far that I have made and I could not believe how much flavor it had. I definitely will make this again and recommend everyone else to try it out. You will definitely be surprised by what you get from this dish!
Would definitely make this again!
Mmm Mmm Good!
This dish is absolutely wonderful! I made this for my family the one night out of the week I get to cook with a side of green beans and corn bread and it was a big hit! Although instead of the olive oil in the pesto I used butter to give it a more rich flavor, and instead of regular angel hair pasta I used organic whole wheat pasta, and it was just wonderful. Do try this dish. I know you and your family will love it.
I often make different types of pesto (sun dreid tomato, basil, spinach), and this is one of our favorites. Being a vegetarian, it can be hard to find things that both my carnivore husband and I will eat. This is definately one of them! I omit the basil, since I make basil pesto as well. this freezes well. Just freeze unused pesto and defrost in the fridge the night before you want to use it.
