    Making a Reduction

JUNE NIRSCHL from BAILEYS HARBOR, WI

The recipe tempted me since I've been making some effort to reduce sugar and caloric intake. I was able to find all the ingredients, except for the Nestle Crunch Free candy bar. So I made the cookies with a regular bar. The cookies are tasty and nicely sized, just big enough for a satisfying end to a meal. I recommend them highly. Meanwhile I'll keep an eye out for the sugar-free version of the candy bar.

    Delicious!

    Carmelia Russell from CLEVELAND, OH

This recipe is great! It was easy to prepare, and everyone loves it. The kids were happy that the cookies contained peanut butter and candy (Crunch Bar) and the adults loved the texture and taste of the cookes. This was a wonderful holiday treat!

great for leftover halloween candy bars

    Hattie Stapleton from Geneva, OH

We are always having lots of leftover candy bars and such from halloween like the Nestle crunch bars and plain chocolate bars. I just put them in my chopper, about and used them instead of going out and buying a bag of the Nestle crunch bites. Worked wonderfully and I plan on keeping and using this recipe again even with out adding anything extra.

    versatile cookies

    SANDY PINKERTON from SPRINGFIELD, OH

Instead of Nestle crunch you could use butterfingers or other candy bars, all would be suitable substitutes and still makes a great cookie.

These turned out to be one of the best cookies that I've ever made. I added just a pinch of crumbled Butterfinger bar to the top of the cookie before baking.

    Best Peanut Butter Cookies EVER

    Marva Kruft from Fargo, ND

The best way to describe these wonderful cookies is, they are so moist and it is very difficult to eat only one. Great recipe to put in your recipe box and use often.

    Great!

    Nancy from Plano,Tx

There is only one problem. It doesn't say when to add the Nestle Crunch Bar pieces. It is in the ingredients and that's all. Anyway, I added them at the end like I do my chocolate morsels. You have got to try this! Umm Umm. Thank you

Good- but there are better cookies

    Liz Madigan from Orlando, FL

These cookies aren't bad. The peanut butter taste is actually good. However, the Crunch barely adds flavor. There are better cookies to spend your time baking.

Tasted like regular peanut butter cookies.

    Rosie Pietura from

I was actually disappointed by this recipe. It didn't tell you when to add the Nestle crunch so I assumed that you were supposed to add it to the batter before baking. The cookies just had a very slight hint of Nestle crunch taste, and you could barely taste it in there. My kids were not very fond of these as I think they thought they were going to taste the candy bars in the cookies. The cookies were okay, but nothing that I'd ever want to make again. If I'm going to add a candy bar to a cookie, I would like to be able to tell a noticeable difference, instead of just tasting the peanut butter. Thank you.
